Our Story

Sugarbelly Bakery LLC was established in 2021 by owner and master baker, Taylor Friederick. Taylor was born and raised in Dubuque IA. She joined the Marines after high school and served in Okinawa, Japan. Upon leaving the Military Taylor returned to Iowa and began working hard with the ambition to open her own bakery. Now, based out of Bellevue IA, her dream is coming true. Taylor has catered several weddings, fundraiser events and birthday parties.
